Students earn Productive Hours in each class that they are present and working productively.
Students will lose Productive Hours for being absent, tardy, unproductive in
class, suspended, for misbehaving, not following rules, etc…
Loss of Productive Hours = Loss of Grades
Office Hours
Monday – Friday
7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Parents must call within school timings to inform
Students must make appointment with teachers to make-up for the missed
work.
Students must submit application for leave.
Excused Absences:
Illness (Must have Dr. note if ill more than 3 consecutive
days )
Medical Appointment (Must have documentation)
Death of immediate family member
Emergency
Students may be sent home for illness or disciplinary reasons with information
communicated through phone call from the office.
Parents will be notified (or emergency contact if parent cannot be reached).
Students will check out through the office and receive a gate pass for approved exit.
Restrooms may be used before school, after school, and during passing periods. Use during class time requires:
Permission from the teacher
Use toilet pass /water pass
Only one student to ask for permission at a time
Students breaks have been divided separately for boys and girls.
The designated “break area is” is monitored by the duty teachers, Sports teacher, security supervisor
and council members at different locations.
Students will be required to wear appropriate clothing to school each day. School policies regarding uniform will be strictly
enforced
Boys
White full sleeved shirt, grey trousers
Shirts properly tucked inside the pants
Pants may not sag below the waist.
May not wear clothing with inappropriate statements or images

Students are not allowed to bring electronic devices to school, such as:
Audio devices (I-pods, etc…)
Electronic games
Laser pointers
Cameras
•Graffiti /writing is not tolerated (on desks, walls, books, binders, etc.)
•Swearing, disrespectful language, and profanity are unacceptable.
•Fighting is not tolerated before, during, or after school.
•Use of the school phone is limited to emergencies only. Students must ask permission to use office phone and staff will dial the number.
Student ID’s
Students are required to wear their ID in a visible place during school hours.
The school will provide each student with one ID and a lanyard on payment of
Rs. 200/-
Replacement ID’s and lanyards will be provided at a cost to the student.
Please make sure you get your photo taken in school for your ID badge.
