Unified Communications, mobility and new ways of working workshop has a primary focus on helping customers to understand where they are on the journey to unifying communications. Vodafone will help you to discover the value of mobilising your workforce, improving productivity, user profiling of correct device versus user requirement, secure remote access and fixed mobile converged solutions with an emphasis on mobility, along with a full review of soft and hard savings.

Telecoms Expense Management workshop is designed to provide detail on options available which will allow you to consolidate suppliers of fixed, mobile and PBX support. It will help you to rationalise infrastructure, highlight the money being spent on services that have ceased, provide audit information for your estate, analyse spends on fixed/mobile along with additional spend relating to voice e.g. moves, adds and changes and a review of hard and soft savings

Client Contact Centre workshop is aimed at improving customer experience. Its primary focus is to analyse your customer and supplier experience when they are trying to do business with your organisation. The engagement diagnoses the customer experience and presents methods to improve interaction, identifies any issues whilst improving productivity and reducing operational cost.
