What I used it for? Who I used it with?

• Describing an outfit you would like to wear using the verb ‘porter’ (je porte), nouns for clothes and adjectives of colour.

• Year 5s

speaking.• Simple sentences with ‘je porte’ and a connective (et).• Adjectival agreement : regular/irregular. • Lots of listening/reading based activity to drill the

structure.• Write own description based on a picture I gave

them/drawn picture. • Talking to partners to practice describing their outfit

orally before the recordings.
