3. Ridgid electric thread cutting dies
4. Foot switch
5. Center pipe in chuck jaws and lock with hand wheel
6. To cut pipe - lower pipe cutter ontomark and turn handle clockwise slowly
7. The cut pipe- note the burr?
8. Use the deburring tool to remove the internal burr before cutting the thread
9. Move the self opening die head into position-operate foot pedal- check oil flow to cutters and turn carriage hand wheel to cut thread
10. Move die head back to resting position and pipe is ready for removal and installation
11. Ridgid electric roll grooving machine
12. Roll groove former heads
13. Insert reamed end of pipe onto drive shaft and support pipe with forward pressure towards drive shaft
14. Foot pedal
15. Apply downward pressure on the feed handle whilst operating the foot pedal
16. Lower the feed handle slowly this will ensure that the grooveremains even until the handle is lowered fully
17. Completed roll groove on pipe ready for installation
