OUR STORYThe Cal Rec Sports Marketing & Business Development unit was founded in 2003 on the belief that we could leverage the power of collaborative partnerships to create social good.

Over twelve years later, we continue to work with local and campus partners who are committed to inspiring, engaging and transforming the Cal community.

What are the secret ingredients to our success? The 30,000+ Cal students that we serve annually and a mission to make a difference one experience at a time.

UNIVERSITY PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM

UC Berkeley’s University Partnership Program (UPP) connects world-class businesses and industries with the world’s greatest public university to foster dynamic, meaningful partnerships.

It is responsible for exploring, managing and advancing strategic university-wide collaborations that provide mutual benefit to the university and its partners.

As a participating member of UPP, we would like to welcome Bank of the West and Sungevity to the Cal Recreational Sports family!
