Post Conference

Transformational because….• The teacher flipped the classroom not only for

the students but for the parents.• Students were able to demonstrate

knowledge of skill and teacher was able to assess.

• Published PenCast lessons on website so anyone can access. Teammates are using the PenCasts for their classroom.

Transformational because…..

• Administrator use of technology to assist teacher with being reflective. Emailed recording of items of discussion to teacher before conference.

• Teacher was willing to share post conference with his team for feedback and instructional growth for the teachers.
