Selection of plant

Select high quality disease resistant plant

Cut an young branch from the plant .

The part of the plant we select for the tissue

culture is called explant

Explant is then dipped into an

alkaline solution for sterilization

Select a tissue from explant

Put the tissue in a cultural meadium.

cultural meadium contains nutrients in it.

Growth of many plants from one tissue

collects the plantlets from the cultural meadium

put the new plants into another cultural

meadium

after a paticular growth separate each saplings

Allow each one to grow individualy

After two or three weeks plant them into the garden

Each new plant have the same quality of mother plant
