English Concepts

1. Writing- Supports all stages of the writing process.2. Literature- Engages students in reading by helping them visualize the people and places in books.

Language Arts Concepts

1. Reading- Supports increase in students' fluency with phonics, comprehension, and vocabulary skills.2. Listening- Supports the ability to encode and decode messages.3. Speaking- Supports vocabulary acquisition.

Technology in English and Language Arts is seldom heard of, however there are multiple ways to integrate technology into lessons. This presentation has many examples to provide children of all ages, and children with special needs the ability to use technology to better understand English and Language Arts.
