4. IN A GOOD TEAM THE MEMBERS STAND BY EACH OTHER WHEN THE GOING GETS TOUGH (WHEN A GEESE IS INJURED OR SICK & FALLS OUT, TWO DUCKS FROM THE FLOCK FOLLOW IT & PROTECT IT. THEY STAY TILL THE SICK DUCK RECOVERS & JOIN THE SAME FLOCK OR A NEW ONE)
