• Tracking new scholars in the GDO and OB divisions: 2007-2017

– Identify central themes and ideas against which to compare selected OB and GDO papers

– Aim to interview selected Deans and Directors from 2007-2017
– CCFBD Influence the relationship between publication and tenure decisions of new scholars
Contributions
1. Educators will gain insights into the socio-political processes of knowledge creation
2. A greater understanding of the processes through which discriminatory thinking develops– This will assist in developing strategies for addressing discrimination
