“Self awareness is having a clear perception of your personality including
strengths , weaknesses , thoughts, beliefs, motivation and emotions.”
Five Levels of Self Awarenessas they unfold early in life
▪ Level 0 : Confusion▪ Level 1 : Differentiation▪ Level 2 : Situation▪ Level 3 : Identification▪ Level 4 : Permanence▪ Level 5 : Self Consciousness or “Meta” self awareness
Confusion“A situation in which people are uncertain about what to do or are unable to understand something.”
Differentiation “The act or process of differentiating or the state of being differentiated.”
SituationSituation is the way something is positioned as compared to its surroundings or the status of the circumstances or the combination of circumstances at a specific point in time.
Identification “The process of recognizing specific objects as the result of remembering.”
Permanence“Objects continue to exist even when they can not be observed(seen, heard, touched, smelled or sensed in any way).
Self Consciousness-It is an acute sense of self awareness.
-Excessively aware of being observed by others.
Ideal Self-It is a conception of what kind of person you want to be.Real Self- It is who you are and what you are.Loser- A person with negative views in lifeWinner- Is person who have positive views
Self Motivation
Self motivation is the inspiration behind your behavior and action. It is an important mechanism that will help you to achieve your goal, without external influence. Self motivation improve your confidence and self esteem as well as give you strength to achieve your goal.
