Eat five meals a day and never skip breakfast.

Sleep at least nine hours a day, and even more if we exercise or play sports.

We need to rest to stay healthy

Keep a varied diet with .Avoid sweets and fats.

The organ for the sense of taste is the tongue. Receptors for different flavours are In the taste buds.

The organ for the sense of smell is the nose. Receptors of smell are in the pituitary

The central nervous system is made up of :Brain (cerebrum,cerebellum ,brain stem, Spinal cord: Protected by vertebrae

Joints are the unions between two or more bones. They can be fixed, semi-movable and movable.
