• Created out of two separate universities of applied sciences in 1998
• The name Saxion refers to our region Saxony
• Saxion has a student population of approximately 23,000 students, 2.000 international students
• Saxion employs about 950 teachers and 750 supporting staff members
• Bachelors and Masters programs 22 different pathways.
• The International Programs are taught in English.
• A Dutch Bachelor or Master degree is recognized throughout the world and will enable graduates to seek and find employment in their own countries or many other countries across the Globe.

• There are approximately 2500 students on both MIM locations
• MIM offers 4 courses:– International Business & Management Studies– International Business & Languages– Marketing (Commerciële Economie)– Final Year Marketing
• IBMS and Final Year Marketing are in English, IBL and Marketing are in Dutch
