Who Can Participate in the Chapter Pavilion Program?
All ASSE Chapters are invited to participate in the
Chapter Pavilion Program.
Where does it take place?
CHAPTER PAVILION PROGRAM
The Chapter Pavilion Program takes place June 12-14, 2011 during Safety 2011.
The Chapter Pavilion will be located at the McCormick Place West Exhibit Hall
in Chicago.
How can my Chapter participate?
CHAPTER PAVILION PROGRAM
•Decide if you want a Kiosk or Booth. •Complete the acceptance form and return to ASSE.
•Deadline to participate is February 15.

Kiosk •Complimentary•42” in height with Chapter identification sign•Can display brochures and flyers•Does not require staffing•Includes $100 discount off conference registration for one person to attend Safety 2011

•Complimentary 10’ x 10’ booth with carpeting• Includes a 6’ display table with (2) chairs •Includes Chapter identification sign•Additional furnishings at Chapter’s expense•Includes $100 discount off conference registration for a total of two people to attend Safety 2011
