http://medialab-prado.es/article/replay RePlay Open Video Commons Heritage Archive is a project that aims to bring radio and television archives from public and private channels to the public Commons, as part of citizens culture, in order to make them open and remixable with their personal video memories and creations. The rePlay rack is machine built with obsolete players and devices donated by people. It empowers citizens to recapture their personal memories forgotten in old analogue formats. They can digitize their videos, opening their codes again, and shared them to the Commons to be open and remixable by other people.
