5s-Seiri Sort

Cleary distinguish the grocery items that are needed and eliminate the unwanted items.

This process should be followed at the first while collecting order or unloading order from vendors or suppliers.

Products should be separated as per there used or as per required temperature like Fresh products should be

separate and sort as fast as possible because it might perishable faster.

Dry products should be sorted as per usage and expiry date.

5s Seiton Orderliness

Keeping needed grocery items at correct & convenient place for easy and immediate retrieval.

This is 2nd important process where it simplify the place allocation for store.

These helps store person to remember to curtain extend and there is no chance of glitches while delivery.

Products should be order in such a way that help for easy cycle count or during stock checking.

5s Seiso Shine Store should be swept and

clean at regular interval

Hygienic condition helps store person maintain its operation on smooth flow.

Shine or cleanliness attracts or delight customers at a great extend.

This process is an ongoing process its not a just work of cleaner, every employee should follow as a practices while working in store.

5s Seiketsu Standardize

Grocery store should standardize all the process and maintain the consistency of work flow

It helps store to stabilize and smooth flow by practicing as daily process.

It helps to overall reduce the cost at every parameters.

It also reduces small and big loopholes and make the process efficient.

5s Shitsuke Sustain

Maintaining the discipline helps or makes a habit of preserving the established procedures.

This process is more of the self discipline maintain by store person and employee in store.

It helps to coordinate between employees and improves the quality work.

These process creates an positive work environment during work and also during interacting with customers
