Educational Technology Developments• Time to adoption: Four to five years• Time to adoption: Two to three years• Time to adoption: One year or less

Key Trends Accelerating Tech Adoption• Long-term trends: Five or more years• Mid-term trends: Three to five years• Short-term trends: One to two years

Challenges Impeding Tech Adoption• Solvable – We understand and know

how to solve• Difficult – We understand but will be

hard to solve• Wicked – Hard to define, even harder

Process:Divide into at least Primary and Secondary groups. Maybe later by grade and/or subject. Use the report as a framework for your group’s discussions. Start with the developments, trends or challenges identified by the report.Substitute your own if necessary.Then see if you can reach a consensus on action steps, timelines, etc.
