How does it work? You & Your Content
• Find your message – Identify your audience and topic. – Start with your content message: what do you want to get
across. – Keep asking the “what’s important about…” question.
• Organize your presentation – Outline your main points. – Don’t forget your table of content. – Design the introduction : Your OPENNING say it all. – Write a strong and implicit CONCLUSION. – Don’t forget your “BANG….BANG”.

How does it work? You & Your Content
• Organize your slides – Less detailed in the slides, more detailed in the spoken. – Use visual aids (images, tables, figures…). – Sum up your thought whenever you end and move to another
thought. – Never, include what you’re not confident about.
• Adopt the art of POWERTALK – The power of pause. – The power of statistics. – The power of quotes. – The power of reading: See/stop/say technique. – The power of questions.

The power of STORYTELLING: An effective tool for connecting, and conveying messages.
“ Speaking your heart….Speaking to their heart “ Do you have a favorite story ? A Killer story, that absolutely clinches the point
you’re trying to make ? What Al-kharaz had to say (Let’s hear his story) Criteria
– Story has to be SHORT – Story has to be TRUE – Story has to produce PSYCHOLOGICAL REACTION – Story has to be POSITIVE

It’s your turn to speak…Now
• Best strategy when you don’t know when you are going to speak.
– Get yourself present in the moment,
– Get out of your head
– Get into the situation
– Don’t over plan what you’re going to say.
