•Health care system refers to a Country’s system of delivering services for the prevention and treatment of disease and for the promotion of physical and mental well being

• Managed care is used to describe a variety of techniques intended to reduce the cost of providing health benefits and improve the quality of care.

Methodology • Study site :OICD ,DUHS• Study time period :2 months • Sample size :50• Inclusion criteria : patients who was admitted in hospital ,their attendants

or families of patient.• exclusion criteria :Doctors , management areas billing departments.• Data collection :• Data collection: Data was collected by questionnaire regarding cost health

care system and what the challenges to manage the health care

• Ethical consideration :Informed consent confidentiality of a participant.• Instruments : Videos Questionnaire forms

conclusion

• Wellness starts with being aware of your health status and then working towards maintaining or improving your health and well-being.

• You can not rely on our health care system to keep you healthy-it is too costly and is challenged to provide quality of care.

• Self-care as a stainable strategy.
