CASE STUDY Global Training Partnership Background Our client is a top ten world class pharmaceucal company. Their global Markeng Excellence team have a core objecve of maximising sales through combining powerful global capabilies with high quality relaonships in local markets, to maximise compeve advantage. Following a compeve pitch process, PharmaIntel were selected as global training partner because of their high calibre core team, proven track record and global network of experienced local trainers. Our brief was to deliver the intense training commitment for 500 delegates across 33 markets, with a focus on raising markeng capabilies across the organisaon using brand strategies driven by indepth customer insight. By the end of the three-month programme PharmaIntel, working together with the client, had successfully trained all delegates to deliver a consistent, global approach to markeng strategy to build and execute brand plans that delivered markeng excellence locally.

Following a Train the Trainer workshop to understand thestrategic objec)ves, PharmaIntel built a bespoke team ofspecialist trainers to support this programme. Thisincluded training and marke)ng specialists across severalindustries and na)onali)es to reflect the diverse culturaland corporate roles within the client’s organisa)on. Thishigh calibre mul)-lingual core team was also flexibleenough to mobilise addi)onal local resources as theprogramme required.

Over a three month period, the 500 members of the 33global brand teams a*ended one of thirteenprogrammes, which included several cross-func)onalFounda)on Programmes and Intensive CustomerResearch Techniques programmes. These were heldprimarily in Central Europe but also included workshopsin USA, and Asia Pacific countries.

Working Together

Following successful comple)on of the programme,PharmaIntel are now involved with furtherenhancements. This includes wri)ng and delivering aTrain the Trainer programme to support local ownershipand delivery of the core strategic objec)ves.
