October 18, 2011- Literacy Night “Spotlight on Success”

Grade level appropriate book read aloud and activities

All students received free book of choice

January 10, 2012- Parent Advisory meeting to determine second parent night agenda and

parent volunteer training

February 8, 2012 (tentative) - 2:30-3:30 and 6:00- 7:00 – Reading/ math based activities

March 7, 2012- Parent Advisory meeting-discuss parent involvement night to determine

theme.

April 18, 2012 (tentative) – theme night with games and activities for math and reading,

pass out parent survey to see what they like, didn’t like to would like to change for next

year.
