INTRODUCTION

E-learning is the delivery of learning, training or educational programme by electronic means. E-learning involves the use of a computer or an electronic device in some way to provide training, educational or learning material. Blogging is the posting of journal like pages to a website. While these pages can contain photos or media, they are primarily focused on the easy ability to post written thoughts to a website. The postings are organised chronologically. Blogging is about reading and writing, literacy is about reading and writing. So in all means, blogging is about literacy.
