If you want to know what chickens look like well good because they’re cool.

They have 2 legs. They are FULL of feathers. They have a comb.

A Chicken’s Habitat

Chickens live in backyards and farms. Some people keep them and some lucky,

lucky people have more than 139 chickens.

They need lots of space.

What Chickens Eat

Chickens eat about every thing small they can find and they eat veggies and fruits such as carrots, eggs, corn and apples too.

They eat a lot.

A Chicken’s Life Cycle

After chickens mate the female lays an egg.

She sits on her egg for 21 days until it hatches.

Chicks become adults in about three months.

Chickens are very good about what they eat but some get themselves eaten. Some of a chickens predators are wolves, minks, and poisonous bugs and owls but there are lots more too.
