Lead Artist Testimonials

This exhibition takes the idea of the city as a collection of disparate places and cultures to the next evolutionary step by beautifully uncovering common paths, common values. - Fatimah Guienze

The United States of San Francisco: Together We Are The City exhibition has given me the opportunity to collaborate with young adults in the ZeumMaster HS Internship Program and simultaneously work with a talented group of artists, designers, architects, and mobile phone apps entrepreneurs.- Sadie Wilcox

ZeumMaster Teen Testimonials

The most important thing I learned from working on this exhibit was that all the various districts and regions of San Francisco have defining characteristics that not only make them unique and distinct, but also similar and connected. It was amazing to discover that for myself through this project. - Stanley Lin, Senior @ Lowell HS

I loved taking the pictures! I got to travel around the city and see so much that I wouldn't have seen if I wasn't with ZEUM. I learned a lot more about San Francisco by taking pictures of all the different neighborhoods. - Yvonne Yan, Senior @ Abraham Lincoln HS

ZeumMaster Teen Testimonials

The main thing that I would want visitors to take away from this exhibit is the same exact thing that I, myself, took away from this exhibit. I personally learned more about the city in which I reside, and I grew a new found appreciation for every little detail about San Francisco. Hopefully, visitors will also come to terms with this realization that San Francisco is home.- Joyce Wu, Junior @ Balboa HS

I learned how to take pictures with highly sophisticated digital cameras. I also learned how to create icons and saw kids use them to make flags for the different neighborhoods of the city.- Alex Ha, Junior @ Abraham Lincoln HS
