Narinder Tokas is a well –acknowledged youth congress leader and social activist. He has emerged as the star performer of youth congress, directing and monitoring student union elections of various Universities as N.S.U.I. representative. With his commitment to implement and carry forward the vision and policies of Sh. Rahul Gandhi ji, Narinder Tokas has ignited the young minds to act as catalyst for politico-social changes.

Early Life:-

He was born on 4th  August, 1984 in Munirka Village, New Delhi in a politically-aware Jat(OBC) family. He did his schooling from D.A.V. Vasant Vihar, New Delhi and graduation from Delhi University.

Political Career:- Positions held:  His political career started in

2002-03 when he was elected to the Central Council from the Vocational Studies (CVS) with a record margin. Then he won the election of Chief Executive Councilor of D.U.S.U. with a thumping majority as N.S.U.I. candidate. He was elected first as Vice-President of D.U.S.U. in 2003 and then as President of D.U.S.U. for 2004-05 by defeating his strongest rival Ms. Deepti Rawat of ABVP.

He has held several important positions viz District President of Malaviya Nagar District, State N.S.U.I. General Secretary and Vice-President, Delhi State NSUI. Presently , he is Chairman, All India N.S.U.I. N.G.O. cell.
