Purpose

The purpose of this analysis is to help me understand my customers wants and needs. In my survey its ask questions about my potential customers interest in sports, how many injuries they incur in one year, and how much a potential customer would be willing to pay for these services, etc. With my analysis I plan understand what my potential customers want from my practice.

The disadvantage of my lowest result is that I have to learn about common injuries of a sport that is not listed above.

The advantage of my highest result is that I know some my patients acknowledge their injury and are willing to do something to self-treat themselves.

The disadvantage of my lowest result is that people will not acknowledge their injury and will continue to participate in activities which may aggravate the injured area more.

This information will benefit my business because I know that 94% of my potential patients will try to self-treat themselves until they can see a doctor.

This graph shows that a majority of my potential customers will self-treat themselves.

I will meet my customers needs by being available so that my patients will not to self-treat themselves for more than one day.

The advantage of my highest result is that some of my patients injuries will be most likely sports related.

The disadvantage of my lowest result is that some of my patients injuries will not be sports related which may make treatment difficult.

This information will benefit my business because I will know that a majority of the injuries my patients have are sports related.

I will meet my customers needs by focusing on sports medicine so that I will be better equipped to treat their injuries.

This graph shows that people want to see a doctor for treatment of injuries instead of treating themselves.

I will meet my customers’ need by having business hours that will fit around the customer’s schedule so that they can see me for medical advice/treatment of injuries.

The advantage of my highest result is that I don’t have to be close to a majority of my clients as they are willing to drive a far distance to be treated.

The disadvantage of my lowest result is that some of my potential clients that live far from my practice are not willing to drive to my practice.

This information will benefit my business because I know I can put my practice in a location away from the metro area.

This graph shows that my location will not affect the amount of patients I have.

I will meet my customers’ needs by setting up my practice in a central location so that not all of my patients have to travel far.

Conclusion

In conclusion, my potential want a doctor that is knowledgeable in their profession, who is flexible with office hours and can provide quality care at reasonable prices.
