TYPES OF OWNERSHIP
RAHAS Sdn. Bhd chose partnership ownership. We think this type of ownership can
benefit to us. Our partners may invest equal or unequal sums of money and may earn profits
that bear no relation to their financial investments if, for instance, someone contributes a special
expertise. The advantage of this ownership is the ability to grow by adding new talent and
money. This is because banks prefer to make loans to enterprises that are not dependent on
single individuals, partnerships find it relatively easy to borrow and can invite new partners to
invest.
