Welcome to PowerPoint Creating!

• First you will turn on the computer and long on

• Next go to the Start Menu icon and click on it .

• A small window will display find the word “All

Program” click on them. Now find the words

“Microsoft PowerPoint” and click on them to

open your program.

Program is Now Open

• PowerPoint

– Click on “Create a new presentation” at the top

– Choose the third on the list “Blank Presentation” the “OK”

– You will be presented with a NEW SLIDE screen

* select the second slide from the left at the top

• Slides

– It is standard “bullet points with a title slide layout- called a „bullet list‟ now click OK.

Input Your Data

• Type in the title of you

slides by click the field

and begin to type

• Insert pictures, word art,

or videos

– Go under the insert tap

and follow the prompt

• Final Product

– Save by clicking “File” and

go to word “Save” click on

it enter name and then

save button.

– To view Click on slide

show button
