About JIMS
Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS, Rohini) was started in the year 1993 under the aegis of Jagan Nath Gupta Memorial Educational Society and is currently among the top management institutes of Delhi-NCR. We impart professional education both at post graduate and undergraduate levels in the fields of management and information technology. Our PGDM program is approved by the AICTE and is accredited from NBA for excellence in quality education. It has also been granted equivalence to MBA degree by the AIU. We offer two sector specific two-year, full time programmes namely PGDM (International Business) and PGDM (Retail Management). Both these programmes are approved by AICTE. JIMS, Rohini, also offers technical programs viz BBA, BCA & MCA affiliated to GGSIPU. JIMS offers excellent academic infrastructure and has a distinction of being preferred by the top recruiters for their campus placements, consistently. Our alumni have excelled in their professions, both as entrepreneurs as well as corporate leaders in different industries. JIMS has been recently ranked 43 among top 50 management institutions all over India, by NIRF, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India.

Introduction
The business world has been a playground of VUCA traits ever since businesses expanded their indulgences beyond single products and markets. However, the recent times have experienced a never-seen-earlier kind of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity for businesses. Economic, political, technological, societal and ecological factors have evolved and continue to take unpredictable turns in the globalized and now increasingly de-globalized world. What should be done in such an environment? Strategize for sure!
The judicious response lies in carefully designing strategies in the areas of marketing, human resource management and finance that enable a planned confrontation of the unfriendly business environment. Thinkers and management experts believe that without turning backs on the traditional tools, innovative and situation-based solutions must be explored as an ongoing mission.
Objective
Decisions that are based on treating the VUCA traits as the same are more likely to result in under performances and poor achievements. Understanding the environmental traits as distinct yet interdependent, unavoidable yet tamable, threatening yet with a ray of hope - can unleash the desired goals of growth and excellence beyond sustenance. ICAMP 2017 is an endeavour to synergise industry academia efforts to evaluate VUCA in a better manner.

Fees
The participation fees can be transmitted via cheque or draft drawn in favour of " Jagan Institute of Management Studies" payable at New Delhi. The same should be paid to confirm registration latest by February 05, 2017.
Boarding and Lodging
Participants from outside Delhi/ NCR region shall be provided boarding and lodging facilities in hotels near the venue or in JIMS girls hostel.

Submission Guidelines
Original, unpublished papers or case studies reflecting on any of the sub themes are invited for the conference. The tracks are only indicative and not exhaustive. However, the authors may also submit papers on other relevant and contemporary topics. Please send your contributions to [email protected]
Abstract Submission Guidelines
The abstract is limited to 500 words that summarizes the key components of the research. The abstract must include the purpose of the research, methodology adopted, results, keywords and major conclusions. Along with the abstract, the authors are also requested to submit their brief biography (Name, Designation, Affiliation, Research areas, Email-id, Contact Number, Address).

Full Paper Submission
Full papers would be invited for the selected abstracts only. The word limit for full paper is 5000 words, other guidelines remaining the same. These papers/ cases will be blind reviewed and evaluated on their originality, focus, learning, clarity and over all presentation. The Reviewer board reserves the rights to accept or reject a paper.
