What are ICTs? Information and Communication

Technologies (ICTs) are generally viewed a collection of technological tools and instructional resources used to communicate as well as design, develop, disseminate and manage information.

Thus, ICTs include computers, mobiles, tablets, the Internet, broadcasting technologies like radio, wi-fi, pod-casting, television, etc.
