• To reduce inventory with the assumption that products are available when needed

• To reduce the number of delayed delivery products from 20 to 0 in 2010.

Our team’s Proposed IT Systems Overview is:

To prevent slow production and human errors, our team proposes a Supply Chain Management System for Tuff Chemical & Adhesive Tapes Co. This system is web based and it aims to improve the existing system by adding some features that updates every transaction records, add a graphical representation of product’s status on different areas, a barcode scanning for faster transaction and an online product ordering.
