It can be hard to navigate the Master Calendar to find out what is going on for Students on Campus. OSA has created Public Google Calendar on the Student Organization web page. This calendar is designed to be for Student Organization events only.

Step 1Open your Google Calendar and click on any where on the calendar Create Event

Make sure you choose Visibility to say Public

Step 2: Type in your Approved Event Information.

Do Not add your event if your space request has not been approved.

Make sure you select Public Visibility.

Step 3: On the left hand side under guests add [email protected] to your event.

Make sure you click Add and then Save to send the invitation email.

Step 4: Student Orgs receives and email invitation. Once we click on Yes. Your event has been added to the public calendar.

Your event is now on the web and everyone can see it.

If you cancel your event. Don’t forget to delete it and cancel your space request.
