ComparisonAs I have worked in three different Sofitel hotels around the world, I would have a preference for sure for the Accor Mobile App. I have the feeling that you can find everything before, during and after your stay.Before : you can have infos about the hotel and local areaDuring: Thanks to Web Vallet, you can have access to lot of services in the hotel.After: Thanks to “fast check-out” you can receive your bill without checking-out at the front desk.

I think it will come late, but I regret the fact that with AirBnB you do not have too many other services offered through their app (Room service…). I think it could be good for them maybe to link it with an app like UberEats, Foodora…
