About the Project:

Working very closely with and reporting to the Principal Group’s compliance

manager, we have conducted safety management system audits to HSG65,

identifying non compliances and advising on solutions to enhance the system.

Our personnel have delivered training to middle management on risk

assessment and method statement to CIEH standard.

Project Challenges:

Understanding the dynamics of working for our client while they are a sub-

contractor within very fast moving retail fit-out environments and balancing the

identification of hazards against risk and severity while never compromising the

safety of our clients personnel.
