Every morning the whole
body warns the tongue saying
“Fear Allah concerning us, for we are (dependant) upon you. If you
are upright then we will be upright and if you are corrupt
then we will be corrupt.”

Once a woman visited Aisha (r.a) and when the
woman got up to leave, Aisha (r.a) made a sign
with her hand indicating to the Prophet that the
woman was short of stature.
The Prophet (s.a.w) immediately chastised her,
saying, “You have said a saying that if mixed
with the sea it would change its colour.”[Abu Dawood]

“Whoever can guarantee me what is between his two lips and what is
between his two legs, I can guarantee for him Paradise.”

Don’t mix bad words with your bad mood!
You will have many opportunities to change your mood, but you will
never get the opportunity to replace the words you spoke.
“Do not indulge in excessive talk except when remembering Allah.
Excessive talking without the Remembrance of Allah hardens the heart;
and those who are the farthest from Allah are those whose hearts are hard.”
[At-Tirmidhi]
An experiment proved
that the decaying of an
apple was faster in the
bottle that had the
word ‘HATE’ written on
it as compare to the one
which had ‘LOVE’
written on its bottle!
Do our words really have an impact on others?
