Along with the discussion, the teacher integrated the concept of learning from one’s mistake. The concept tried to inject in the mind of the students that doing bad to others is never the right thing to do, most importantly to those who have not done bad to you. As well, the concept has something to do with the golden rule, “Do not do unto others what you want others do not do unto you”. The skills that the teacher developed in the lesson are the ability to put oneself into others’ shoes or empathy, ability to dramatize or act, and cooperation. They were able to portray the scenario described in the folktale with minimal errors. Cooperation was highly developed since they worked as a group. My Reflections

Surfing the internet is not new to me for I have gone a lot of requirements which

need the access of the internet. However, surfing the internet for the electronic resources

to be used in the class making sure that it’s appropriate is a bit difficult. Though new

ideas and updated resource could be required in order to deepen the learning and teaching

quality and experiences, it gives complications due to the huge information from different

website could possibly pop-up. It takes great effort and patience to search for the best

information. Generally, found it difficult. I chose electronic resources through exerting a

lot of effort in analyzing its usefulness and quality. With my considerations, I believe that

the resources could sustain my teaching.

Computer literacy is the skill I already have. I am confident enough that I can

manipulate a computer without modifications. However, the skill that I would like to

work on to be better on utilizing electronic resources is the online literacy. A student

must possess this skill in order to critic an information whether there is bias and if its

truthful.

My Portfolio

Computer gives great to me in terms

of teaching English since I could

utilize any applications it has just

like videos which are focused on

speaking specifically in proper

pronunciation.

English words may be a great help in

developing learners’ ability to read

and be aware with the difficult terms.

This could help my learners to

develop their listening and speaking

skills through recording their voice

then listening to it afterwards. In

doing so, they will be conscious on

their speaking ability.
