• Water: Shortages are acutethroughout the country andSana’a risks becoming thefirst capital city in the worldto run out of water.

• Education: More than two-thirds of the population isunder the age of 24 andilliteracy stands at over 50%.

• Chronic Food Insecurity and Malnutrition : Overall, more than 10 million people suffer chronic hunger out of a population of 25 million.

• Extreme poverty: insecurity and conflict, high inflation, serious social and economic implications that are already discernible. Poverty is estimated to have climbed from about 43 percent of the population in 2009 to almost 55 percent in 2012.

WATER PROJECT AIMING:•Expanding safe water-supply & sanitation services to meet basic human needs

• Ensuring an adequate supply of water for sustainable food security

• Ensuring that water for the environment is adequate in quantity and quality

• Ensuring an adequate supply of water for urban, agricultural, energy, andhydropower production, industry, tourism and transportation development

• Developing non-conventional resources such as desalination and re-use of water.

2. PROJECT FINANCING IN EDUCATIONThe education and training will determining economy in the future, preparing the labor and decrease poverty in the future. This means that the country's economy will be made of they own various SME, new companies, small industries and industries that will have different advantages and disadvantages in the future.

TVET can facilitate the transition from poverty to better economics of the nation by the application of environmentally appropriate knowledge and skills

SOME THINKING FOR PUSH THE TVET EDUCATION IN YEMEN

• Set up Teacher training center this is very important for training of trainers because Qualified and motivated teachers and instructors are key for effective learning and are at the heart of TVET quality.

• Short term tvet education (around 3 month) for basic training with modular system training so person who have finish one course can continue to another as needed by workplace.
