On our activities page above you can see lots of different folders displayed along the side with different folder names, e.g. feedback, new page 1 etc.

In order to publish a page press ‘Manage Pages’ and the tab along the side will change.

You can now choose to publish, hide or delete each folder individually

Only a teacher administrator is able to publish, hide or delete a folder. Press ‘Done’ and note the web address of the page.

You can then share this web address with others. If they copy and paste it into their internet browser they will be able to view this folder.

Other folders which have not been ‘published’ will not be accessible without having a proper username and password to the twinspace. The list of members may also be viewed from some screens but they cannot contact members etc without having a log in.

If you wish to make the folder private again then please repeat the process above selecting ‘hide’ for the folder rather than publish.
