This and slide 3 - perhaps be cautious about seeming to negative about people's perceptions of online learning. Might be better to frame it in terms of this anxiety is something HC has traditionally had to contend with and therefore we've put a lot of effort into designing the online experience in such a way as to support people and ameliorate their fears. However as there hasn't been a lot of very recent research around online courses (strangely, given the rise of MOOCs perhaps), we wanted to look at whether the same issues are still arising for our students, and also how effective our efforts are??
