About Dr Vijay Khole

Dr. Vijay Khole has a unique combination of excellent academic career along with outstanding achievements in academic administration at the national as well as of international level.

He completed his education upto postgraduate level in the University of Pune and went on to complete his Ph.D. in Bio-physics from Supreme Attestation Commission, Moscow, USSR in 1981.

 He has over 26 years of teaching experience exclusively at post-graduate level and has published 60 research papers in inter-disciplinary areas like Biophysics in national and inter-national journals

Important academic contributions of Dr. Khole include establishment of Department of Information Technology which conducts various Under-graduate and Post-graduate program. Dr. Khole has been a member or chaired many State level Committees constituted for Universities in Maharashtra. He is also a member of UGC
