DOJI (TECHNICAL ANALYSIS)

Candle Stick just suggests what happened till now from buying side, selling side and volume.Doji is same as market tends to go neither side, neither buyer’s favour nor seller’s side. It’s a state of confusion for everyone, who are participating in market.

So, buyers wait for seller’s bias and seller side wait for buyer’s bias and every one take their position and use risk management fundamentals accordingly. Technically on Candle Doji means where it opens, where it close (virtually equal), but few more things added as follows:

How much market volatile in doji time frame?Where the closing and opening sign from middle of volatility? On basis of these above points, we categorized in 3 kinds of Doji apart from basic Doji

1. Long legged Doji

2. Dragon fly Doji

3. Gravestone Doji

For Information (how to trade with Doji pattern)1. This candlestick is formed when the opening and closing prices are virtually equal.2. Trend should be up or down for a good period.3. Large volume on the signal day increases the chances that a blow off day has occurred, although it is not a necessity.4. For Confirmation if market opens with gaps down or up or sustain above or below the closing price.5. Stop loss will be above the high or below the low of the DOJI.6. Target 1:2 Ratio minimum for more modify stop loss time to time.
