I am in the business of consulting for businesses and designing customized learning interventions.

I do follow a process today but there are some aspects I learnt in DTAL – which are very useful at my work place –

Constantly empathize with the stakeholders

Spend elaborate amount of time defining a SMART problem statement

Prototype and test before jumping to complete design

Millennial audience do not take canned solutions/ learning interventions . They rather prefer learning oriented towards a goal – what they want, the way they want

Prototyping and testing will be a useful step as the demand is for new innovative, interesting and engaging solutions.
