Typical Offers (A-level)
• 340 UCAS tariff points (to include Music A-level at A/B) and a recognised performance qualification.
• Typically met by achieving ABB/AAB at A-level, and at least a pass at Grade 7 practical music examination.
• Grade 8 required for students wishing to pursue Solo Performance with a Guildhall tutor.

Typical Offers (non A-level)• Applicants with alternative or international qualifications will be
considered on their individual merits.
• Representative examples of offers: • Apolytirion: 18.0 -19.0 pts (plus English-language requirements)• BTEC National Diploma: 3 Distinctions (DDD)• International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma: 34 pts • Irish Higher Leaving Certificate: A1 in 3 subjects & A2 in 2 subjects (to include Music) • Scottish Advanced Highers: ABB (to include Music) • Recognised access courses
• Evidence of practical performance, normally Grade 7 practical Music examination or demonstration of an equivalent standard (Grade 8 for students wishing to pursue Solo Performance with a Guildhall tutor).
