Evaluation Criteria's

• Price: price of the ticket for two way direction on a non-stop flight between X and Y.

• Safty: the maintanace of airplanes, statues of them as well as crew experience to deal with any issues during the fligh.

• Timming: by the mean of waitting the airplane, how exact the plane take off according to the given time, as well as the time for take off such that if it is at night or the daylıght.

• Service: covering all services provided by he airlines such as : food, hospitality, assistance and he way they are dealing with the customers.

Evaluation Methods

• Noncompansatory methods:

1. Maxi-Max method.

2. Maxi-Min method.

• Compansatory methods:

1. Simple Additive weighting (SAW).

2. Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS).

• And for the compansatory methods, in according to find the weighs, ENTROPY method has been used.
