Wall murals Enhancing History

These projects can be linked to the following subjects in the curriculum; Native Studies, Art, Math and Language Arts.

These art related projects do not have to be on the wall directly , nor on panel boards. They can include collage canvas ideas, and found objects.

These projects are digitized in process. It is my intent to show the process as to the faces of the participants.

N’Swakamok Alternative School

This was a 12 hour project working with 12 or so students in the alternative education program at the Sudbury Native Friendship Centre.

The students partook in laying out all four walls of their class room and incorporating as many of their own designs as possible.

This was an overall rewarding project for those students who appreciated what they were doing.
