Changing the Statusof an Item
• Start by opening the Course Reserves module and open the course the item is attached to.
• Highlight the item by clicking the box in front of it, then choose Change Status.

• If you need to make the item inactive, select the Inactive button in the Item Status section, then select OK.

• If you need to change the removal date, select the until button and key in the new date, then select OK.

• You will see a dialogue box indicating that your changes were successful.
• You have changed the status of an item on reserve.
