TOGO as “The Smile of Africa”, offers to travelers the

opportunity to learn about ancient voodoo rituals and medicine,

shop and explore mystical forests. You will fall in love with the

colors, sights, sounds, and tastes of Togo. The cities of Togo like, Lome, Kpalimé, Kara, Agbodrafo, Sokode are the tourist attractions of the country.

The Fazao Malfakassa National Park in the north draped in mosaic vegetable patches, the park spreading with beautiful forest galleries and fertile plains with numerous botanical species reputed for their pleasant aroma and under which room buffaloes, elephants, antelopes, bubals, cobs, and phacocheres.

Any visitor to Lomé should not pass up the opportunity to visit this traditional voodoo fetish market. The market consists of tables displaying every body part of any animal imaginable, from hyena heads to monkey testicles and shark teeth.

On the easternmost end of Togo’s short coast sits Aného, the spiritual center of the Guin-Mina people and a small peaceful place called Agbodrafo, it is a former station along the Slave Coast. Tourists can still visit the Woold Home (also called the maison des esclaves) and see the chains that bound the slaves who were kept there. Kpalimé is cherished for its supreme natural beauty surrounded by

several hills covered in rain forest, with deep valleys, stunning waterfalls

and peaks Togo’s north is the nation’s primary tourist draw. The area has

several wildlife reserves, including the National Park and the

Koutamatou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
