Ice Breaker

• You have been asked to design a 4-hour PD course to prepare social studies teachers for a district-wide focus on the United Nations. All students in grades 6-9 will have a unit called “The World within Reach,” with a heavy emphasis on simulations.

• You have been asked to design a 4-hour PD course to train your nurses on a new system to keep track of all medical information. Up to now, they have kept everything on paper and in Excel spreadsheets.
