Method of preparations

ValdecoxibValdecoxib and PVP were taken in a ratio of (1:1 and 2:1 ratios)Was wetted in water and kneaded for 30 minutes in a glass mortar.The paste obtained were dried under vaccum for 24 hours.Dried powder was passed through sieve no 60 and stored under dessicator.Physical mixture(PM) were obtained by pulverizing in a glass mortar in proper ratios.

Furesemide in Sodium Starch GlycolateSolid dispersion of Furesemide along with SSG were prepared in (1:1 and 1:2 ratios) by kneading method

Spray dried amorphous solid dispersion of simvastatinDichloromethane solution of simvastatin either alone or in combination with PVP were mixed in ratio 1:1 or 1:2 were spray dried with proposed quantity of aerosil 200(1:1,1:1:1 or1:2:2 parts )Along which 1:2:2 was the optimized one.
