DESCRIPTION
This study is about empowering English language learners through the visual arts in a high school with a high drop-out rate among Mexican American and Native American English language learners. To this end, a large-scale mural was created by over 200 students, five teachers, and guest artists, as well as University and local arts centers volunteers and was installed on the front of the school.
